Boston Architect Arcdibia Architecture

ABOUT

Alfred DiBiaso is a registered architect who has designed homes in New England for over 30 years.  From Colonial, Federal, Greek Revival, Country Dutch Colonial, Victorian, and Shingle style to Beach Cottage and Contemporary, he has developed plans for over 500 new construction homes, rebuilds, additions and renovations.   His experience in multiple, differing styles grew out of a desire to come to an ideal solution, together, with his clients.  “Every problem is unique, every site is unique, every client is unique,” he stated, “so every solution is unique.”

His education culminated in two degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a Bachelor of Building Sciences and a Bachelor of Architecture.  Here, he learned to balance the artistic aspects of space, shape, color, and texture with the technical components of structure and materials.  Ultimately, he learned the craft of how to translate the three dimensional artistic vision of his clients into two dimensional technical drawings that permit these visions to be constructed.

Upon graduation, Al worked in architecture firms for six years on single and multi-family residential, commercial, and light industrial projects in styles ranging from contemporary to traditional and historic.  He then created his own business, which he owns and operates today.

In the end, Al sees himself as the vehicle for clients to get what they want, customizing his solutions based on their input to build a home that they will appreciate for many years.

Al lives and creates in Amesbury, Massachusetts.
